08.21.07 | Rain Headlines Thunder On The Hill. Remnants of Tropical Storm Erin worked through Pennsylvania and dumped over two inches of rain from Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning rendering the racing surface a murky mess. At 10:30am, Grandview Speedway made the call to cancel the TOTH event for the night. TOTH officials and Grandview Speedway are discussing a makeup date. No day has been set currently.
